The puddin is my favorite for breakfast when I'm in Ireland. I like that it's a lot firmer than Tote Oma type blood sausage, which is mixed with liver sausage so it becomes more sauce like when cooking. And fried potatoes with brown sauce accompany it well.

It's great, but one of those foods where I'm glad I learned I liked it before I learned exactly what it's comprised of. I understand why some people won't ever get over what it is to be able to enjoy it.

I understand why some people enjoy tripe, but I knew what it was before trying it and that means I can never enjoy it.

I used to work at a place and they served a baguette with bacon, black pudding and branston pickle. So nice and I recommend it on a roll or sandwich
