Funny how the thing that finally got Jace to the breaking point of "Fuck you you're never coming home you're gonna die" is the mere implication that Jace has a lazy eye. Truly, all priorities are in the right places.

Out of all the other things that other people already mentioned, the thing that jumped out at me from all this (aside the fact that Eli is going to die) is the scariest thing about all of this: you can tell Jace is really getting off on being in complete control of someone and unquestionable to the point where he could decide their life or death based on his whim. It's a narcissist's wet dream, and especially scary since he's doing it to his own friend. Notice how he said "Stryker out" at one point instead of "Jace out".

Jace doesn't even have a car right now or even food going off of his recent escapades and inability to ingest anything less industrially processed than monster drinks and cheese-its. The fact Jace wanted to send the money tomorrow casts doubt on him ever sending it in the first place.

And I don't know what to believe with Eli outside of him having just dicked around in Israel.

Think of the emotional state he must be in. He's stranded in a foreign country he believes is actively trying to kill him and has just been betrayed in the biggest way possible by the only person who he thought was on his side. Lashing out is pretty understandable. I don't really take Eli as the kind of person to remain composed enough to come up with deception while under serious stress like that.
