That's pretty amusing. The pinned tweet with the screenshot of their profile has over 24 million views and they've gained over 100k Twitter followers over the past 4 days which isn't bad. So I'd say they've probably gained more users than they've lost.
Interestingly, the main Opera Twitter account has no mention of pride. They must have figured two black dudes kissing is a lot more appealing gamers than the wider user base and had they tried it on their main account, could have backfired. And it's not like they have much to loose as I can't imagine many people use Opera GX.

I use fuckin Brave, good adblock, Tor access is easy, I see Opera get shilled on YouTube, but like faggots, I don't really know anyone who uses it IRL.

People who still use J2ME phones. Opera Mini is still the best browser for them, with no real competition last time I checked. (There's also UC Browser, but it didn't work when I tried it.)

opera is basically the raycons of browsers heavily shilled by youtubers but barely any people use it IRL and its a subpar product opera is basically a shitty chromium fork now if you want the old opera experience use vivaldi but i use brave for most my browsing now ive had little issues except sometimes livestream chats on youtube will not work properly due to the tracker blocker also brave is run by brandon ike who is against lgbt so big ups brave
