From what I understand - which admittedly isn't much, I'm sure people deeper into the Stembly Raccoonachu fandom can correct me here - OP is a presumed schizo autist who has recently been spamming threads, dozens of long rambling poorly proofread threads, trying to get KF to Personal Army his former internet-friends-turned-internet-enemies, a loosely affiliated group of low effort trolls called Youtube Troll Police or UTTP. According to Stembley, they are linked to all sorts of nefarious characters like Skibidifarms, Atomwaffen, 764, the CIA's MKUltra project, and Charles Manson, and they have evidently ruined Stembley's life.

Almost all of Stembley Raccoon's threads have wound up in Spergatory (a dumping ground for stuff the mods don't want to deal with) but there is an independent overview of UTTP and Stembley here:
