For reference, she was born with what was effectively a hole in her heart which threatened to kill her. She obviously got a surgery to save that. Oh, she also was ran over twice and her house burned down which led her to working like 2 jobs to try and get a new house while she was still young to which she would find a job in Hololive and then history writes itself.
