I kinda think that his mom is a bit fucked for suicide threats. But Blade's obviously a fucked up alcoholic and can't care for her, so she probably should be in hospice. It'd be better for her mental health in her final days and get her away from Blade's dumpster-fire of a life that probably won't last much longer than her own anyway.
