Something I really really miss from the DD&J era were the themed gag episodes they did
Mario 64 but they replaced all the sounds and had to play it straight or the cuphead tutorial gag they did for an entire episode

I think Broteam is another good channel you should look into or Retsuprae
Those guys are old and stopped uploading before the 2020s but there are a LOT of videos from them.
