This is from this guy's drawing of Timothy Tubist on a 3DS/Switch game called "Colors Live" where you can draw stuff and upload it. I think she was in the 4-Chan thread. Honestly, I actually enjoyed this one.

He kinda goes about it in a roundabout way, but I agree with the point of it. Weebs are just creeps that are desperately looking for validation for their sexual obsessions. Coupled that with the infantilization of society and you get a recipe for disaster.
