Best game of all time. I have a really REALLY old /tg/ branch from years ago. I added weed and other stuff to it.

You should only be allowed to play a female character if you provide documentation proving you were born with a pair of X chromosomes.
 
I hope this takes off because I would love to see forum members become admins and actively do wacky GM shit in games.
 
I've been meaning to get back into Space Station 13. This would probably be the way. Thanks, Null, I hope the test pans out.
 
@Null l If you're going to fork code just fork gooncode. It has by far the best optimization and features, there is an immediately noticeable lack of lag, better graphics (64 pixel vs. 32 pixel sprites) and way more features than TG. There was a leak this year that's still up: https://github.com/goonstation/goonstation-2020

Also saying this because I play on Goon constantly and I really want to be able to play with that same set of features without having to deal with tranny faggot admins who ban you for making any funny joke ever.
 
Put it on the hub and advertise it as a refuge from oranges/tranny admins/tg faggotry by the guy that is literally blackballed from contributing to code for being too pwobwematic, it will be the most popular server.
Like Fulpstation before they went the way of the rest of tg

Is now the time to get into SS13 like I've been wanting to? What all should I know?
 
never tried ss13 before,looks kinda fun,gonna try it out now
 
Server runs fine-ish, seen some odd issues:

  1. When lag hits, it occasionally locks me moving in a direction
  2. The RPD (and maybe RCD?) doesn't load the icons for the pipes when using it
  3. The web frontend on some of the consoles seems to crash and kick up a 404 randomly
Nothing gamebreaking, though. Right now it's just in need of administration because chucklefucks will chucklefuck.

My first attempt at the game was playing as a janitor who exploded himself while refilling a welding torch while trying to help security guards deal with a vine outbreak in the evacuation area.

Not what I was expecting hahaha,
