What's the over under on a modpack for the non-anarchy server? They seem to largely come with land claim built in (with a visual system to see what chunks are taken), and even if it's a fairly light pack, Chisel 2 and whatever replaced carpenter blocks would give a million times the capability to build.

I tend to play very resource intensive Modpacks that I think would be too exclusionary for the goal of this server. Hopefully, others will chip in with better advice for a lite pack that doesn't require piles of RAM.

I know on the server I've heard requests for Twilight Forest, chisel 2 adds a lot of blocks to to build a lot of different styles with. Immersive Engineering is one of the best looking tech mods, but it might be a bit much.

If you're planning to run multiple servers simultaneously, you should link them together with BungeeCord.

BungeeCord can spread out the load of a population spanning multiple servers, taking full advantage of multi-core CPUs.
BungeeCord can separate your server's activities (e.x. creative, survival, minigames,...)

There are also plugins for teleporting between servers with portals, cross-server chat, and inventory syncing.

It would be fun to have the mod which gives you recreational nukes™ and other fun explosives. Also, tinkers construct is a great mod because it adds guns with lots of different bullets as well as a great variety of weapons and armour

edit: immersive engineering is the mod that adds guns not tinkers' construct
