Netherite mining is worse than sourcing materials for Draconic Evolution.

For anyone not aware, the best way to search for it is to go to Y-15 in the nether, then place and try to sleep in bed to destroy large swaths of netherrack.

Bring lots of food cause you're getting blown up a little too, and bring stacks of beds.
