I mean I already told you why that is. For the sentencing a lot more shit matters than just the crime. If you get caught shoplifting for the first time the court will be more lenient on you than if they see that you are a serial criminal with many past offenses. Also like I said, plea deals matter for sentencing as well as mitigating circumstances. Do you understand why a woman who was a victim of domestic abuse and ends up killing her husband one day because she sees no other way to escape her abuse might get a lesser sentence than a man who murders a prostitute for sexual gratification?

I agree with your second part wholeheartedly, but I can't bring myself to agree with the first. There are some admitted "I'm not much of a feminist" types in here, but there are plenty of women here, myself included, who are revolted at the thought of traditional gender roles or breeding. I'm going to stick with my original opinion that women absolutely will play up whatever stereotype is to their advantage in court, leveraging their statistically higher EQ. I made a detailed post about him years ago in personal lolcow thread. I wish I knew CWC back then, but well
I have a very juicy personal lolcow who I’d unironically call “CWC lite”. He’s 32 years old NEET on tugboat (unemployment) for years maybe even a decade. He’s a sperg like Chris, but unlike Chris, he’s a middle school dropout. I've asked him once why doesn't he actually try looking for a job or trying to get a high school equivalent training to get a degree, he blamed the system. He still lives with his mom (we’ll get to her a bit later). Since he lives with his mommy, he pays a part of the rent, and the rest of his tugboat goes into consoomer Nintendo collectables. What I mean by collectables is old Nintendo cartridges, not for sale promo stuff, on top of the newer video games that get released. He can very well have several versions of the same game. He’d pay hundreds of dollars and get in debt just to buy his stuff even if it meant to buy stuff from overseas (like Japan ...etc). He has a mountain of Amiibos, most of which are doubles of what he already has. He has opened and unopened versions of them. This guy has 10+ 3DS consoles and he’s very proud of it. Currently 3 Switch consoles. Moreover, he stores an unopened drink just because it is FFVII themed or unopened Mario themed cereal box because it has an amiibo NFC chip. This guy would actually go on debt for all this stuff. On top of that, he’s friends with workers and managers of his local gaming stores. He’d call them to ask them to keep him some posters and sometimes promotional stands. It’s endless really.
Since he lives with his mom in a small apartment, he has nowhere to store all this shit. His mom is also a hoarder like Barb. She’s a deathfat who can’t even walk to go to her room. Her life is all about playing WoW, eating, and sleeping. She’s an unironic sugar addict who spergs out when not given sugar. She’s barely made the effort to even lose weight, and when she does, she gains it back. Both live in a codependent environment. Both rarely shower. Neither of them has plans to live in a better home. The mom doesn’t at all have a property under her name and they have been living on rental for decades. They don’t even have a car despite living in a rural area. And sadly, they also have cats that they keep unvaccinated and locked inside all the time.
Why I call him “CWC lite” is, because unlike Chris, he had a GF for a few years, and she obviously dumped him and he doesn’t expose himself online. But in all, He’s very much like Chris. He’s in fandoms of Nintendo games, Sonic, FF … etc. On top of that he’s a huge weeb in every way possible which also includes J-music (he spends his day watching Anime). He’s a Dragon Ball and Pokemon sperg (Thank fuck he didn’t make Gokuchu), so yes, he has a huge shelf of Dragon Ball manga. Writing all this is just making me think …. What the fuck. Tell me if you want more
Here is some more of CWC lite as I’ll call him from now on:
CWC lite since he’s a sperg (officially diagnosed btw), he’s super picky about food. He wouldn’t eat anything but pasta with canned tomato sauce, bread with ham (no sauce or butter… DRY) and butter cookies. No dairy of any sort (lactose intolerant despite being white), No veggies and no fruits. No drinks but water and that is ONLY normal room temperature water. If he were to eat a steak, it has to be WELL DONE. His mom would consume his leftovers if he doesn’t like any. His deathfat mom would eat TV dinners, boxed salads …etc., basically the premade stuff. Whenever he’s prompted to make her something, he’d cook frozen beef patties in the microwave. They are not precooked.
In terms of personal hygiene, well, this guy doesn’t really shower regularly. Maybe once every 2 weeks? He only has like 3 shirts that he wears since years and one pair of pants. His wardrobe is full of his consoomer shit, no place for his clothes. No trips to the barber’s. When asked, he’d say “It’s expensive to go to the barber’s and I see no point of buying new clothes when they won’t even last”. They used to throw their used to tissues on the floor before the domestic help server (state-provided help since our deathfat is registered as disabled) told them to get a trash can for their used tissues.
Our friend doesn’t take social cues very well sadly either. Once he was told that someone didn’t know Dragonball and neither they care about it, He sperged and screeched so hard at them for being rude and that he should know because it’s “general knowledge”. Or the other time he got called a soyboy as a joke for something he sent. He sperged and screeched until no end because “they were wude and thas bullying((((“. When told about money and his collection he’d say “dun be judgmental
Speaking of bullying, this guy was bullied hard. He didn’t have friends at school and developed a phobia. His mom wouldn’t even do shit about it. “We are poor and can’t afford to move to a private school”, but I’m pretty sure that this isn’t an excuse as making a complaint can help remove him from school ...etc. But no, single parent household with divorced mom. No one gives a shit, mom too busy with her cult. Despite all this, he’s never learned anything about life and from the bullying. This guy’s obsession with Dragon ball started in kindergarten … until now at 32.
To add another thing to his obsessions, as I mentioned before, he likes J-music. He has a very weird obsession with a J-Rock singer. He’d spend hours and sometimes days to record and upload videos of his stuff. He’d even spend his tugboat money on his merch. He went as far as buying a $250 mono function scanner to scan high quality stuff of this singer. He’s very obsessed with him yet he says that he’s not gay hmmm….

The majority of single player AAA games haven't even been good since about 2012 or so. 2011 was the last time the big fall releases had something good for everyone. Whether the women are hot or not is whatever for me. I do appreciate attractive women in games(Bayonetta is one of my favorite characters, afterall), but it's about as important as hyper realistic grass textures.

If that's that case, is there any reason for a woman to be deceptive? Having said that, I fear there is a lack of perspective: the items I listed are what people remember. Normies don't remember the documentary about Marie Curie and her flirtatious misadventures with Polonium. They remember She-Hulk twerking with the degenerate Lizzo-analogue.
