I don't think Trump so much said "I'm the winner" as much as he said "It's pretty clear that the votes are overwhelmingly in my favor at this point". He basically said it's bullshit because it looks like they decided to stop counting because he was so far ahead.

It's not a huge difference in wording, but one is way worse than the other.
