It depends on how you define race and which group of hispanics you're looking at. Most Mexicans have some native ancestry and they come in shades ranging from dark brown to ghost white. White Latinos are kind of like Ashkenazi Jews-- they have a ton of Euro blood but many don't consider them truly White.
