That doesn't look good at all. Even with the knowledge that the Democrat leaning cities get counted first that's a pretty big difference to make up. Pittsburgh was 55-40 to Hillary in 2016 and that gap looks like it will be bigger this year.

He's right that Trump is being carried by Cubans in Florida. I wouldn't use Trump's victory there as an indicator for Pennsylvania or Ohio.
