Feedback Off Topic Not Working

The off topic section of the forum is not working. Today I made a thread and they locked it because it broke the rules. I suspect it was because they didn't think it was on topic, but the off topic section isn't working can someone please look into that?

you need to spend at least a week on the forums for the off-topic section to be unlocked.

@EARTHBOUNDFAN2 OP said that their thread was locked because the Mods didn't like it. So, OP, the Off Topic is working, you just probably posted something wrong. you should ask one of the Moderators for that.
