A lot of them have a certain look. I think that there's some free tool that they use to make these and it's got an intuitive presentation that makes sense. A lot have the white bars of varying height on a black background with the static sound, some people do the same thing but with different aesthetics. I'll only post one here, but you can find hours of this pretty easily.
For some special snowflakes though, they just have to present these sorting algorithms in unique and visually striking ways that make the algorithms harder to understand. One channel in particular seems to specialize in this.
On the other end of the spectrum we have one channel that makes unique sorting algorithm videos that really do make it easy to understand (although the narrator and the animation style do make you feel like a child).
