There's a woman on twitter named Jennifer Harradine that's suing at least two shitposting accounts, or trying to sue them.
She believes she is being targeted by a gang of neo nazis called "the Shed" and is in physical danger of being harmed by memes. Think of gangstalking but for cyberbowling. She has gone before a Justice of the Peace in Denton County, Texas (of course it's in Texas) who I believe dismissed one case but is now recusing himself and allowing it to go to appeal (I am not big lolyer man so idk what it all means) and ruled that the navyseal copypasta is not, in fact, a death threat.
What is known, because she posted the documents, is that she is a) suing a Douglas Stewart and b) Jennifer L. Harradine who has an arrest record. Looks like the only charge is theft/possession of stolen property from 2013. Purdy, ain't she?
I believe she's suing Douglas for libel bc he called her mean names online, but I don't think the navy seal copyposter has been doxed yet or if Jennifer will repeal the not-a-threat decision.

I can’t exactly find much of him left on the internet as he’s fairly delete-happy, but googling his various usernames leads to a rabbit hole of gross that’s worth a good read if you like trainwrecks.
Jesse, also know as “TrainerAbu”, or just “Abu”/“Abu-kun” is an unemployed 32 year old autistic man who, until very recently, lived with his aging parents, older brother, and his two nephews. He also goes by the name “Ham Ham Rivals” or “Hamster Rivals” when he’s shilling his shitty Hamtaro fangame.
Jesse has allegedly been working on “Ham Ham Rivals Chat” since 2002. The game reeks of age, and is almost like stepping into a digital time capsule. Composed of crappy MS paint backgrounds mixed with sprites ripped directly from the GBC Hamtaro games (which were actually really decent games despite being based off a licensed property), MIDIs from various other games, and a really primitive chat function, it serves as the main obsession of Jesse’s life. Unfortunately, he is 100% convinced he will be able to make a living off of his game. He’s written hundreds of posts on Reddit asking for help with his game, from advice on how to learn coding, to requesting artists. As his only income is from a meager SSDI check, he is unable to pay them, opting instead to spend what little money he has on games and fanart of his Hamtaro OC, Abu.
He does not take any advice nor does he handle constructive criticism no matter how well meaning or polite it’s worded. He also seems to have no concept of money, and that people will only really want to work on a stranger’s product if they’re receiving monetary compensation. Jesse also loves to vent shamelessly about how he has no friends, how everyone online trolls him and calls him “Autism kun”, how the Discord servers he hangs out in all make fun of him, or how he gets banned from every single online community he’s joined.
His other major source of discomfort comes from his extreme intolerance of anything that slightly annoys him. His mother is disabled and forced to use a breathing machine. Despite her condition, Jesse cared more about how her respirator kept him awake at night, or how he can hear the cuppards opening and closing from his room. Something as innocuous as his Dad wiggling his toes causes him to go into a seething frenzy, which he will almost always turn to Reddit to vent about incessantly before getting called out on his childlike behavior and deleting his threads. His Dad is also an alcoholic and, in exchange for allowing him to use his son’s food stamps, will buy Jesse a case of beer once a week.
Jesse drinks like a fish during the weekends where the only thing he has to look forward to is Toonami and a weekly event in some random TF2 server he frequents called “The Weabootique” where they play anime music and chitchat. Jesse also has an unfortunate habit of stalking girls half his age. Usually what will happen is that some unfortunate soul will take pity on him, assuming he’s just an elementary school kid looking for friends, until realizing too late that he’s actually a 32 year old man. By that point, Jesse will have gotten too attached, and upon being blocked will harass, spam, and insult these girls non-stop, creating dozens of socks. One girl even publicly tweeted some of the psychopathic messages he drunkenly sent via tumblr PM, calling her a “shitty slut that needs to die!!!” because she happened to play a visual novel with risque dialogue. He also legitimately believes girls don’t poop because he took a quote from Ace Attorney literally.
He’s got an online history going back to 2002, during which he had a small group of buddies on AIM. He was basically just someone they made fun of and never actually were his friends, though he believes otherwise. He had a severe falling out with these people which he still fixates over to this day. It seems as though he has been unable to comprehend that he’s no longer a teenager, as he speaks of these events as if they happened months ago. He also frequented anime forums and creeped on girls as young as 9. He mentions online girlfriends, girls that he claimed were like a sister to him, or girls he allegedly made games for, but these were most likely pity friends or exaggerations on his part.
Anyway that’s the basic gist of this guy. As he deletes his content frequently, it’s hard to provide more primary sources. However, you can easily google the usernames mentioned earlier. To be fair, they are embroiled in a civil case rn and his lawyer probably advised him to act in good faith. I'm glad another kiwi knows about this psycho, she's an absolute riot. That's hilarious. And no, I'm mostly familiar with her frivolous suits and whining about the nahtzee cyberbullies she calls "the shed". I'd love to hear you elaborate on the "rape threats". I've only seen her tweet about sexual harrasment as a subset of the cyberboolying, but I've only been following her since nervous american posted about the copypasta exchange around june/july and she disappeared for a bit after that account got jacked.

So, I'm active on other sites with different names, obvs. On one such forum, there's a section for everything, a bit like KF.
I mingle with about everything but I tend to avoid Politics for obvious reasons, and Sex because it's just pervs and talk about dick size. On this forum there's a feature that allows you "invite" or send notices to users you follow about your posts and your threads. Well, there's this 40 something, autistic, liberal user (all of this said by himself) that keeps inviting me on threads about Drumpf, guns, BLM, all that shit. I initially ignore him, hoping he gets the message. Nope. He PMs me asking me why I don't answer his posts, so I politely explain him I don't like politics (and also because checking his posts I saw he would tardrage as soon as you don't agree with a single comma of what he writes) and not being an American citizen, I could care less about American politics. He proceeds to have a multi-message meltdown (I'll post the caps IF I can manage to cover all the usernames and forum name) telling me that "not caring is being accomplicing" [sic], that our countries owe their freedom to the USA (SPOILER alert: I live in Eastern Europe so technically we should thank the Soviet Union, not the USA) and all this shit. When I blow him off, he immediately makes threads of the like "Why is Monika such an ableist and fascist bitch?" "There are probelmatic [sic] users on here that overstayed their welcome". Mods locked both threads almost immediately and suspended his privileges. I think they are looking for any excuse to ban him now since I'm not the first one who's perfectly polite about not wanting to "debate" with him and he makes a tardfest.
Just a question: it is me, or the American liberals are more Americentric and gung-ho than the Conservatives themselves? It seems the case for me.
