There were periods of my life where you could argue I was "addicted", mainly when I was in my teens; would spend all day in my room all day "gooning" as you will, and I fucking hated myself for it. And I get a lot of people are going through a lot of that self hatred; I think most of it just comes down to them being grossed out by the stuff they get turned on by and it conflicts with their ego/superego/sense of self, but that's some hang up that I think most people get over with age. I'd say if you're spending hours per day watching porn, that's probably not great, because its interfering with your day-to-day life.

Why would a normie watch porn once a day if he's not addicted? Porn is uninteresting and incredibly grotesque. It's not mandatory for life like eating or breathing or toileting. Watching porn is immoral -- not for any Christcuck reason, but because you're using another person's body for your sexual pleasure without their expressly given, enthusiastic, conscious consent. The act of watching porn itself is voyeurism -- voyeurism is a paraphilia, and paraphilias tend to cluster, which means all porn users automatically have a degenerate kink and are at risk of developing more.
If you use any amount of porn as an adult, you are addicted, full stop. Looking at it a few times out of curiosity as a teenager and never again is understandable, but watching it on a regular basis as an adult is addiction and degeneracy. Porn addiction in particular requires some degree of sociopathy, given the vileness of the material, so adults who watch porn are not just degenerates, but also sociopaths.

1. Normies like it because the it stimulates a part of the brain that make want to people have sex in the first people.
2. A person consents to have people jack off to them when they upload porn to the internet. I don't like "expressly given, enthusiastic, conscious consent" for people to masturbate should be the standard here; after all you aren't actually having sex with them.
3. I've heard the "desensitise" point a lot; I guess I don't believe porn "makes" deviants; like, no one really understands sexuality and what causes it, but I generally believe its kind of written into you at birth. 4. I guess I believe most guys are voyeurs if they can get away with it. Like I said, the issue with "voyeurism" is that it involves watching people without consent. Pornographers sort of give consent (see above).

I went to a urologist a few years ago and was informed, to my surprise, that sometimes excess semen can leak out of the epididymis and harden in the duct. I think equating masturbation to drinking a shot of hard liquor is a pretty good comparison to look at it. 1-2 times a week, pretty normal. 1 a day, kinda concerning but they may still have it under control. More than once a day, clearly disruptive from the daily time spent on it alone and probably time to consider some kind of intervention.
