In the "bbleaks" repo, you can find the AI scripts for the Super Mario 64 enemies and objects under:

I'm sure the Mario speedrun autists have long since decompiled all this, but it's interesting to see the original code.

24 years and some change later, I guess the message one should take away from this and stuff like the nintendo playstation is that no matter how it is scrapped it always finds a way of showing up again Unless you are earthbound 64 lol

I checked out my copy of the leak. Some files are still borked. 
Here's a tutorial. Make sure to use the full directory.
Here's the screenshots from the back of the OOT box.
Edit: had the OG ones. But found the full images in another folder. converted to PNG. Note the dodongo image is an alt version, since he has his mouth closed on the box.
E2: Just realized that Link has the deku shield on the full image, but the Hylian shield on the box.

Seems like it might be a lot of dev stuff for GBA, 3DS, and DS. Maybe Wii.
The files are using LHA compression. I thought that shit was only used back in the 90s before Zip and RAR were a thing.

Maybe that's a device used for testing the gba cart of the ds? It lights up when in there so maybe that's what it's for.

That's the DS Lite, basically came immediately after the initial DS release. Brighter screen and slightly smaller form factor. The GBA cartridge looks like some debugging tool? Not sure but it's interesting as it has a 2 or 3 pin socket.
