It made since to do so for the DS and 3DS as they were all primarily portable consoles. With the Switch, that's its secondary function.

Literally the only Gameboy games worth porting imo would be the main series Pokemon games for Home functionality. Beyond that, just get a frigon emulator, damn near anything can run a GB emulator perfectly. I have 20+ year old computers that can ffs.
