Which one is better? I bought an Ninja Instant cooker myself not long ago but I haven't used it. The store I bought it from lets me return it within 30 days. Everyone loves the instant pots and I'm wondering if I should just return this and buy an instant pot for not much more than I got the Ninja for.

Instant pots feel to me like heavy duty products that will last forever, while the Ninja joints kind of feel like average kitchen appliances.

Does it have any features the Ninja doesn't have? I just bought an Instant Pot and I love it so far. But I've used a lot of Ninja products over the years and it's been a really good brand to me. So if the IP doesn't have anything special or different that you want, stick to the Ninja.

Ninja is riding off the popularity and technology of the IP and didn't put in the work, so even though I have no first hand experience with them, I wouldn't buy one. I do own an 8qt IP with the dial and all the possible features. It would be impossible to overstate how much I love it, and I didn't expect I would.

Most of the settings are presets and I don't fuck with those. But the yogurt setting is fucking sweet, and you can brown and make reductions on the saute function.

My mom bought me an instant pot for christmas and I use the fuck out of that thing
The OP of this thread died two years ago when his utterly and unnecessarily massive ninja foodi fell on his toe.
