Yeah I've noticed it a couple of times in recent videos.
In this video at the 5:00 mark he's talking about a vid he posted 4 years ago and he says " I was 21 no actually I was 23 yeah because if I'm 27 now 1 2 3 4, that was 4 years ago 4 and half years no 4 years ago when I posted it so what's 7-4... 1 2 3 4 yeah 23" so it's not just a simple mistake.
Could possibly have something to do with him saying he'll stop mukbangs and get healthy at 30. Slicing a year off his actual age gives him another year to stuff his face on camera before people start saying what happened to you getting healthy at 30.

I've seen enough of his videos to know that he addresses 0 lies in this video. He just wants you to give him as much view time as possible. He's really more tiring than he is entertaining in any way.
