Check this photo from his intro montage. He's shaped like an 18 month old baby.
Those are not the body proportions of a man who stands six feet tall.
What with his head to body ratio, those short little upper arms, and videos in which he's standing near door frames, furniture, next to another person, or sitting on the couch next to Trisha Potatoes, I'd say he appears to be around 5'4 -5'6 (or maybe, 5'7 at the very most).

I feel like his lips aren't even the problem really, its kind of a mix of everything on his face that just doesn't do him favors I guess. Its easy to mock him with the extra weight but im just gonna try to be fair here and criticize it BEFORE he blew up

I didn't actually notice this before but prior to him being average and above weight - he had a rather ratty face, huh? The nose becomes more noticeable and theres not as much fat to cushion the large smile.
