Orlin is not emotionally damaged and not abused by Nick or anything along those lines. He has had every chance to leave Nick and he's never actually left him. Nick has left him home alone repeatedly, he has every chance to leave, repeatedly, throughout the years. Orlin is in on this and is enjoying easy money.

I dunno man, the weight loss required to go back to being skinny will leave him with tons of loose skin, we've all seen his stretch marks, even after the skin removal surgery bodies look weird (not an expert, could be wrong), I think he killed any chance of being physically attractive again. The resulting body transformation would be interesting though as he just picks a different eating disorder and goes from shameless binge eater to bulimic.

I question how much money he really has made on youtube/onlyfans/etc. Different trademark/voting websites indicate his address and it seems to be some cheap apartment/condo he lives in. Maybe it's just a cheap property they own that they use for mail/business.
Edit: Looking more into it, it seems to be where Orlin's mom & sister live. Sad, that they can't afford a better place for them but I guess it's better than living in Columbia.

Has anyone else noticed how bare and colourless their apartment is? I have a theory that they just use that unit as a studio. They have sound proof panels everywhere and only about as much as you would need to cook and film a video. They own the building they live in too, so it would make sense.

Of course Orlin is in on the grift. They're both making serious bank on YT and are riding the wave. Orlin most likely went to Columbia to visit family. He's using that, just like Nik used his visit to Vegas, as an "It's really over this time!" arc to keep the money train rolling.
