On his Instagram story he said he wants to do it again because people thought he was faking, he didn't eat much of it last time so wants to force himself to eat more this time and because it got demonetised, so he'll be recording it again if he gets to 910 patreon schmucks. Nick is a liar parading around a very active patreon 3 posts this week and I am the higher tier too so basically higher tiers saw 1 thing of their tier.
I think this is due to Youtube going postal on his Youtube Channel and his only fans is barely active and I think a lot of his onlyfans members are over in the patreon since he tries to double dip on them.
