Cajun and creole are similar but not the same thing; cajun is white while creole is black (and mixed-race), with creole centering in NOLA and cajun being more rural. In terms of food, they're very similar (because of coming from the same influences) but have some slight differences (creole using tomatoes while it's less common in cajun food being the most obvious); either way, it's delicious. (Personally I prefer cajun though because I'm not a tomato fan, funnily enough) (By the way, I also really like Jamaican and Carribean food)
The fact that these food traditions I'm talking about came from a blend of other food traditions including european traditions doesn't make it not "black food". African cuisine was very much a part of the melting pot here - it wouldn't be cajun/creole food without African influence as well, there are plenty of other examples of blended European (and blended European and Native American, or blended European and Indian) food techniques without African influence. They're different. And it's been traditionally cooked by black people for much of its history as a distinct cuisine, then fuck it, it's black people food, asinasmuch as we want to ascribe a race to food. My point is that this isn't a problem with "black food", it's a problem with retards who don't even know how to cook their own culture's cuisine and compensate by attacking other cultures instead. I suspect that anyone in this thread getting MATI about black food probably also reaches their skill limit at putting an egg in their instant ramen.
Remember, American blacks (who we're talking about in this thread, I don't think actual Africans from Africa are complaining on twitter about Taylor Swift not scrubbing her legs) are mixed. Not just a mix of multiple different African tribal/ethnic groups who sold their POWs to Jews who sold them to Europeans in the New World, but they're also often mixed with Native Americans (especially if they came by way of the Carribean) and nearly always white people too. Hell I don't think there are any black people in the US who don't have white ancestors unless we're talking about people who within the past generation or two immigrated in from Africa.
Food tradition 100% reflects this.
Also hotep niggas get really mad if you point this out.
