I like to think of all this as the pre-party. He's in jail now but nothing is final until the actual trial. These are just charges so the real party won't happen until the trial's over and he receives some sort of sentence. I think he'll get some sort of time, though, so don't think I'm saying he'll get away with this. The police did arrest him and charge him so there's a really high chance they have enough evidence to nail him for what he's done.

However, for what it's worth, just revel in the thought as you go to bed that you get comfort and privacy of your own bed and he gets basically a mat and a blanket in a cell with up to two other dudes. If he's lucky they might be niggos!
