Yeah, that was what he was bemoaning, that the Stoutzenberger side of the family is a minority of his total pie chart/genome/however he envisions his heritage and ethnicity. He now wants to be a blond superhonky, etc. and mused something to the effect of, "I wonder what would happen if there was a country full of nothing but Germans." Pointing out that there is one and it's called Germany is attempting to reason with the unreasonable; he means this idea of German-as-a-race which never existed in reality.
He further believes, according to today's tweets, that if all of the ethnic Germans got together in one place at one time, "something paranormal" would happen, and all of said superhonkies would "go to Heaven." Sadly for his fantasy, however, the US hasn't undergone very much "ethnic cleansing" (tell that to the Indians, hmm?) and "Hitler wouldn't like it." Oh.
