A passenger van driven by a 44 year old Spicer man with his family was travelling southbound on Co. Rd. 9 when it attempted to avoid a large payloader that was crossing the roadway in front of them. The van struck the payloader in the bucket area. There were 5 occupants in the passenger van and all were transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

This was always the case.

Nick already has RXs for adderall, ketamine, THC/weed, etc. I believe he has mentioned before that his drug testing had to establish a base line for what is ok to be in his system. He doctor shops to get his meds, steal his mom's meds(maybe she gives them to him), and more than likely gets his kids put on meds so he can siphon off of them. It is also believed that he crushes and snorts the adderall. Him scoring any oxy/percocets would just be the cherry on top of his galaxy gas flavored sundae.

8 mins before the police got the call......so the accident did not happen at 17:30, but somewhere between 17:22 and 17:30.


ETA so I can post DixieB picture. It is possible he did the tweet, drove 5 mins down the road, and then hit the loader at 17:27 and the police got the call 3 mins later. So he may not have been on his phone.......oh who the fuck and i kidding.....he was on his phone watching for replies.
