I love how the Sheriff's Office didn't name him in the press release but made sure to include enough information everyone would know which particular asshole it was about.THE CURSE
Why not all three?Him texting while driving is the GENEROUS explanation. Otherwise he's just an abysmally bad driver or high off his rocker.
Well there's your problem.it's a straight road.
SUFFFAHHH NISSANNNHe must have gotten sick of people making fun of his Nissan.
Balldomobile still suffering in damage.
I bet the state regrets giving him back his kids now. Who would've thought the guy already known for driving around dangerously while intoxicated and feeding his children air sandwiches and cocaine residue would surprise, inevitably hurt them? If only, if only there were clearer signs.A passenger van driven by a 44 year old Spicer man with his family was travelling southbound on Co. Rd. 9 when it attempted to avoid a large payloader that was crossing the roadway in front of them. The van struck the payloader in the bucket area. There were 5 occupants in the passenger van and all were transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
No no it doesn't. The state doesn't give two fucks about the kids.I bet the state regrets giving him back his kids now.
Even if you have a lawful prescription it is still a crime to drive impaired. Not that Candy Ass County will do shit.If Nick has secured scripts for oxy, xannies, etc, he’s one step closer to beating some tests. At least in his mind. I’m sure his son and our wife left with scripts too.
CPS would insist on giving those kids back even if their parents were a meat grinder and an industrial press.I bet the state regrets giving him back his kids now. If only, if only there were clearer signs.
Nick had one thing on his mind when he reported arm pain. Car accident + chronic pain = abusable prescriptions.Spectre dropped the incident report on X. He had his eldest and Kayla in the van and smashed into some poor 66 year old guy. If I'm reading this right, Nick is the only one that complained of injury?
Nick already has RXs for adderall, ketamine, THC/weed, etc. I believe he has mentioned before that his drug testing had to establish a base line for what is ok to be in his system. He doctor shops to get his meds, steal his mom's meds(maybe she gives them to him), and more than likely gets his kids put on meds so he can siphon off of them. It is also believed that he crushes and snorts the adderall. Him scoring any oxy/percocets would just be the cherry on top of his galaxy gas flavored sundae.I’ve not seen anyone address this yet, but with this accident and subsequent hospital visit, Nick has now established a legitimate reason for having specific types of drugs in his system as well as a legitimate prescription for more most likely.
If Nick has secured scripts for oxy, xannies, etc, he’s one step closer to beating some tests. At least in his mind. I’m sure his son and our wife left with scripts too.
This was always the case.
Interesting syntax there, paints a little picture. Some local news articles:

West Central Tribune: Five injured after van collides with payloader in rural Spicer, Minnesota [archive]

Seeing as Nick was tweeting 8 minutes before the crash, I don't think he was so much driving impaired, but rather the retard was on his phone while driving and wasn't watching the road.
Both him and Greer sees Quora as gospel.Russell Greer once declined to provide information to the FBI about a missing child after people on Quora told him there was no reward.
No, three of five.Man, as funny as this is, I can't in good conscience laugh at it. It sounds like all of his kids were in the car, yes? That's fucked, even for a guy who gets cocaine in his daughter's hair.
Don't get me wrong, I am going to laugh at it in bad conscience, but hopefully his kiddos and the payload driver are all ok.

"Texting is speech; how can the government restrict muh speech?" -- Rekieta, Probably.Robert Barnes and Viva Frei, soon: "speed limits and laws against texting and driving are unconstitutional! The police report is invalid!"
This is a rearview shot of the google maps car. It is more than likely a loader like this that probably crosses the road between pits several times a day.....for years. The vehicle in question is noted on the report to be owned by the by the pit owners.

It's not that I can't see what makes him a cow. It's that he's a lolcow in the same way the methhead at the gas station is a lolcow. He doesn't really have any unique aspects of his personality beyond being a junkie degenerate. Maybe the only difference is that he has money? Some people don't have the refined taste to appreciate Nick as a cow.
