Math still doesn't math. That bucket is hardened steel, and the shock is getting distributed throughout the frame. It's designed to tear through shit, and occasionally get hit by debris while doing so. Worst case there's a dent.
Are you retarded? 3.5 tons going 60+mph is going to leave significantly more than a dent. At minimum the hydraulic arms that control the bucket are fucked and will be bent. The shock isn't going to be "distributed throughout the frame because the bucket protrudes out from the loader on arms and it was hit from the side. It's designed to lift and dump shit up and down, not take the force of 3.5 tons going 60mph in a direction it's not designed to move.

Good points about the timeline. We also don't know how bad the damage really was. We have Nick's account, but he's a liar. You'd think Mr. Social Media would be posting pics of the wreck.

All that said, I would not be shocked if Nick was driving distracted, but a tweet 8 minutes before the call-in isn't a silver bullet.

Given how close this is to home, I wonder how many near misses there have been between Nick and the local aggregate company.
He hit a slow moving construction vehicle on a straight away with enough force to deploy the airbags.

Him texting while driving is the GENEROUS explanation. Otherwise he's just an abysmally bad driver or high off his rocker.

I’ve not seen anyone address this yet, but with this accident and subsequent hospital visit, Nick has now established a legitimate reason for having specific types of drugs in his system as well as a legitimate prescription for more most likely.

If Nick has secured scripts for oxy, xannies, etc, he’s one step closer to beating some tests. At least in his mind. I’m sure his son and our wife left with scripts too.

His family's lives are literally less important to him than texting while driving.
This was always the case.

Unrelated to the car crash but just found this in the hidden comments of Nick’s latest IG post.

IMG_1754.jpeg

Not “I didn’t abuse my kids,” but “they weren’t able to ever find any evidence of abusing kids.”

It’s really a shame Nick’s airbags went off.

Great news from the Tribune (who did more than copy pasta):
In a follow-up email from the West Central Tribune, Chief Deputy Kent Bauman said the driver of the payloader, a 66-year-old man from Evansville, was not transported for further treatment.

Him texting while driving is the GENEROUS explanation. Otherwise he's just an abysmally bad driver or high off his rocker.
And retarded.

The rumours are that Quayla is a nervous driver and she does not use it often. This is why Nick has to drive so much, allegedly.
But the navigator has "blue cruise" driver assists. If nick was driving it and not the van, it probably would have auto braked and avoided the accident. Why would they downgrade to a nissan van unless they wreaked that one or had to sell it for money.

You think he hit the loader at 60+ MPH and lived? You think the 2" induction hardened chrome hydraulic arms that lift 60 tons got bent but the 70 y/o operator was uninjured?

Russell Greer once declined to provide information to the FBI about a missing child after people on Quora told him there was no reward.
Be that as it may, I don't think Russell is at risk of killing a child himself, so I think we still have to say that Russell is the better man in this case.

What direction do you lift things? What direction did the bucket get hit? What it can lift up and down is not the same as the force it can take left or right. The operater would be completely unharmed because he was inside the loader which the bucket is attached to, not sitting on top of the bucket.

Who would have thought, losing April has their dedicated driver and being instead driven by the cocaine addicted retard couple is the ACTUAL threat to the children's lives.
