i genuinely wonder how they managed to pull off video inferno, that looks like a real cave, not a set or CGI (like kane does)

Did he get better? His pauses are shorter / used more appropriately. The editing is better and a lot less obnoxious and I like that he kept the forshadowing commercial bumpers but kept them snappy.

Yeah this is one of the better videos he's done in a while - stories that haven't been done to death (other than Nick Bate, lmao), snappy editing, and better flow.

To be fair it is a case by case basis and what Nick Bate did is pretty fucking terrifying to his younger relative.

Mocking a perpetrator is best used on people who want to be feared like school shooters who are all desperate losers wanting people to look and idolize them like Randy Stair and all the other Columbine copycats
 
I'm glad that so many of you guys liked Fake Documentary Q. The series is a breath of fresh air and I hope that more people can enjoy their work.

Anyways, here is my thread tax. I hope it's still in-line with the thread topic since they're both horror animations that I found via horrortubers that I don't want to shill since they all sound like the Burger King Foot Lettuce guy.

Wendigoon we know you read these threads so here's some critique. Your last three-four videos feel giga phoned in, don't know if you've changed editors or scriptwriters or what but it's been pretty morbid since the incoherent Petscop video outside of a few exceptions. Stop churning out algoslop and go back to making the solid shit people love you for, this stuff is completely unwatchable man.

It's even more performative knowing people have talked about Kepther e before without the weird censoring or pretending its the most fucked up thing ever, we're really just going full slop now.

Video reminded me of this old ass series I once watched. Similar marble hornets style youtube found footage arg thing, only a good chunk of it was filmed in some guy's house, and the whole second floor was covered in a black tarp for whatever reason. That was the most striking image of the whole thing. The guy seemed like a schizo. Recall one video where he ventured into the first floor and it was normal except all the furniture was covered in plastic film (I think) before running back upstairs. Think there was a monster or another thing shown once or twice.

Does anyone remember this?

You also won't or shouldn't see the horrortubers trying too hard to piece some analysis out of it because it feels like a rarity nowadays to be web horror that is cut n dry.
