I'm not even on mobile and after checking it I see it's massive for me as well.
If this is an intentional thing then there's gonna be a lot of fucking massive guy Fawkes masks littering older pages.
 
Mine has been showing up massive for a long time now, but I never use it. I'm also on Android, using Chrome.

I use Chrome Version 55.0.2883.87 and I can confirm that I am seeing this same anomaly on my end.

edit: big for me too when selecting it. firefox version whatever. the old one is better, and also add :nicedude:
 
them's some awful big weeners

Firefox 50.1.0 also affected, both when viewing the weensvg emote and after posting it

Looks like it only loads all yuge like that if you select it from the menu.
