Depends on how you define lost. I'm gonna assume you aren't suggesting that most people are being swayed by "You're a bigot" allegations considering this is pedophilia we're talking about, but rather that this won't stop the media from trying to normalise pedophilia. In which case you're right, though media influence is a fight that was arguably lost before many people here were even born. Honestly, I can see people starting to sympathise with pedos that don't act on their impulses (which is dumb, shame is a useful tool even if you view it as a necessary evil), but I don't think actual sexual relations with a child will ever be widely supported. Though at this point, I feel that I'm lying to myself somewhat considering how much things have accelerated, and that if this continues, we'll probably be seeing shit like this eventually:

Yep, pretty much. Conservatives only serve one purpose really, to slow down the "progress" because they've conserved nothing and restored nothing.

The media has been busy normalizing weird things involving kids for years like "Drag Queen Storytimes" and every fucking time conservatives get called bigots and give up settling for some lesser evil or dumb compromise.

Maybe I am a doomer but if conservatives had any sway netflix would have removed this shit already, you know if BLM bitched about anything they would and the reason why is obvious.

Conservatives are docile sheep, nobody cares what they baah about because they've shown time and again that they'll march into the slaughterhouse eventually, hell I don't claim to be any different but I don't want to burn cities to make my point, and even if I tried the system would ground me and mine into the mud.

BLM, ANTIFA and leftists in general with all their allies are rabid dogs and everyone hopes tossing a piece of meat in their direction will slow them down enough but it won't.

Yeah, the reason we've escalated to mainstream pedoshit media now isn't because the people behind it are masterminds, or even necessarily competent. It's because of people before our time getting complacent and not ever believing that we'd ever get this depraved, so let's be open-minded and give something new a shot. It's why gate-keeping is very important, for any group really. Call me optimistic, but it does seem like cuckservatives are at least finally being recognised for the ineffective tards they are, and being replaced by those who want to reverse the "progress" made so far rather than delay it (though it will definitely get worse before it gets better).

I find it weird that the same people that were completely okay with taking away episodes of 30 Rock, episodes of The Golden Girls, and a classic film like Gone with the Wind from streaming services for the sake of not being offensive are now defending the sexy 11 year old movie.

This group really picks weird hills to die on.

I'm typically not a censorship guy, but I'm willing to let the outraged group have this one. I'm not keen on having oversexed preteens show up on the front page of my Netflix account.

They are basically saying Child Porn isn't as bad as racism, not even in a satirical sense (like those episodes they removed were). It's paints a very creepy picture.

Could you imagine pressing play on the movie and then all of a sudden Chris Hansen shows up and goes "Take a seat...right over there...in your living room...now why exactly did you click on this movie? You saw the poster which had clearly underaged preteens in provocative outfits? Why exactly would you click on that?"

That's why I always describe myself as Libertarian-lite.

I agree with the general concept of letting people govern themselves as much as possible with as little government interference as possible.

But then they take their freedom shtick to levels I'm not comfortable with at all...like this.
