On that note, there are some existing films/shows that have already done the scene involving a kid dancing like a stripper at a talent show/pageant. Little Miss Sunshine and It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia are two good examples, though those are comedies that play up the absurdity of how terrible it is. Here there’s no comedy nor much of a message, it’s just putting it in there and blatantly trying to say, “See how the crowd’s booing? This is a bad thing!”

The difference between the two is that the Always Sunny is a comedy like you said. Its absurdist humor. You're supposed to be horrified and laugh at it. The Always Sunny episode is also self aware with Frank constantly panicking everyone is going to think he's a pedophile and then one of the judges is an actual pedophile. Also the shots are wide angle, not focused in on any particular body part. So there's really no sexualization there.

And in Little Miss Sunshine I don't think they actually show it. Just the horrified reactions of anyone in the audience. So yeah, even these two get it right.

Nope, there isn't. Its blatant exploitation.

the fact you've talked about it at all means you want people to know about it, but chances are it's nothing and you just want attention, so either post it or shut it.

Please don't fucking clip out the hyper sexualized parts and post them. I have a feeling that's what you're talking about. Its bad enough we have to deal with this.

Yeah I totally want attention and I'm not just having a discussion about what it would actually take to combat pedo apologia. Attention would be me going into detail about what I believe it would take, and that's bordering on the kind of speech that gets people into legal trouble.

If you're too much of a coward to type "all pedos should be lined up against a wall and shot." then you will do nothing about this television show.
