It's an old fashioned convention to capitilise races, such as White, Black, Negro, etc. It's done less nowadays but it's arguably more correct when you're using it as a noun instead of an adjective, since races are generally also nationalities.

Last year, numerous MSM style guides adopted the official practise of capitalising the first letter of Black but specifically not capitalising White. Because that's the true problem of racism - who gets the capital letters.

As for who cancel culture has killed, well it's mostly been male suicides, so those don't count to ResetEra. But I'm sure someone who wanted to be perma-banned for misogyny and a history of previous infractions while their account was in junior phase could link them to several, including Holowka's, and that guy in Brazil whose girlfriend falsely accused him of rape because she was 'swept up in the moment', to even the French teacher who was beheaded because a student lied about him depicting Mohammed in class.
