If you are talking only about US of A, perhaps, yes. Still, GameFaqs forum is bigger too.
There are a lot of forums bigger than Resetera, but they are outside US of A.
Yep, yep, I know that in relevance, forums in Japan and US of A matters more, but you can use "largest" while ignoring other countries.
Few years ago, while everyone was talking about NeoGaf, the biggest gaming forum in the world was the UOL Jogos, in Brazil, which whas the 7th biggest forum in the whole internet.
