You've got to be kidding me. This is not even funny anymore, he is getting free money and he is complaining. Can someone explain me his disability and why he needs that money? I'm not even american and yet it piss me off.

I'm going to assume it's a "low-functioning" mental disorder, something like Autism. They probably aren't giving him much because, if he's low-functioning they wouldn't expect him to live on his own anyways.

If he's out staffing conventions he can go get a job, though. I've seen plenty of people with mental disorders manage to pick up even a basic full or part-time job, and his disability checks would entirely cover his rent.

Actual gender dysphoria is actually way less than 1%, like 0.1% of the population if I'm not mistaken. The rest are putting on dresses and growing out tits for no other reason than falling down a rabbit hole of fantasy bullshit. It's also beneficial to be a victim these days because no one can ever criticize your behavior.

What's sad is when these "non-binary" people realize they don't actually want to be the opposite gender, but by then they're halfway through the treatment, sterile and aged horribly. In essence you're looking at the 1960's flower child with a girldick. Adulthood is a harsh wake up call.

Unfortunately, a lot of these ones don't end up transitioning from what I saw in college. Their dad or mom that called it a 'phase' is pretty spot-on, and in two or three years they'll be whatever the next big social thing is. Echoing a friend's opinions, I hope a lot of them actually do transition- maybe they'll get to feel that dysphoria they deride so often once the glossy coating comes off and they realized they chopped their dick off for internet asspats.

Might as well give them this one. Every time they change the rules, it always blows up in their face. Didn't some AI recently analyze twitter for racial bigotry and hatred but found that the vast majority of it came from groups almost exclusively outside of straight, white men? They'll obviously be the victims of their own policy if you're allowed to "defend yourself" from offensive speech. The first time they throw insults at a Christian biker group is going to end in a blood bath.

Impressive to see someone that I agree this much with on resetera of all places. Prior to coming to check this thread, I spent the past few hours on Twitter and came across at least a dozen blue checkmarks and game journalists defending blind consumerism and openly sending their followers to dogpile and harass minor accounts saying mean things about their precious switch game.



OH MY GOD, a whooping amount of... 68 people signed these meaningless meme petition, gamers are so insane and toxic! This totally means that sword and shield are good games that are worth 60 bucks! Buy product now to own the gamers!

They have been doing it for years. One of the more infamous ones was a petition to cancel Far Cry 5. Even though it was obviously a false flag, the lefty journos still ran with it as an example of toxic "gamers™".
