They seem to be trying to reverse-engineer NeoGAF by trying to recreate the "Leaker's Haven" that NG used to be.
The problem here is that they are also starting off with the same cancerous mods that caused a lot of NeoGAF's problems in the 1st place.

Also our mods can color and we don't care. We still treat them like shit. Unlike Neogaf. Colored or not everyone can speak. (lmao colored). It's a totally different hugbox and that makes it great. I counted 31 staff members. That's a lot for what originally was a 'gaming forum'. In contrast, Kiwi Farms has 20 staff members. Does this list include people who left? If not, it truly shows the paranoia of Evilore to control the narrative of the GAF.

Enh, the only communities that I can think of that remotely fall under that category (/r/the_donald, Stormfront/Daily Stormer/whatever) are pretty clear in what they are and what community they want to cultivate. NeoGAF on its surface is "video games", not "social justice and video games, mostly just social justice in the context of video games". No other site is that duplicitous.

Oh, that virtue signaling means something, alright. What I've learned just this very year about it, as a woman, that it is the biggest red flag of them all. If I've discovered anything from this whole debacle, it's that men who don't actually know me personally but have a vested interest in my well being only do so because they want to very awkwardly attempt to rape my person. [sarcasm] I believe that it's probably safe to announce, then, that I have been horrifically assaulted by the majority of Neogaf's user base, because they might have thought about tipping their trilbies in my direction.[/sarcasm]
It's kind of a fascinating and sad question, isn't it? Some of these chicks are coming out and blatantly doing so to use it as a free sucker punch against guys that they hold a grudge against, and some are, I believe, women who actually were assaulted/harassed/actually raped and are using this opportunity to vent and decompress where it's safe to do so, where they'll just be one voice among many, but the majority? The majority, I believe, are falling to skewed hindsight. It's like what we're seeing with the Media fucking racebaiting all the time. It's not difficult to fall into the trap of, because it's bombarded in your head that Racism is Alive and Well and Prospering in Actual America Of All Places, you start to see it where it wasn't, you start to actually create it where there wasn't any racism any longer- or at least, not any malicious racism, we are human afterall and there's always going to be a bit. Now women are being told even moreso than we usually are that the threat of sexual violation is constantly surrounding us. We're not safe at home, we're not safe at work, we're not outside. Look at all of these men who seemed like good guys, but were actually gross perverts. Add onto that the concept that if you're not constantly assuring your consent during sex then that's rape, and a guy buying you something/talking to you/looking in your general direction must only be happening because he wants sex and so that is sexual assault... It's not really that surprising that this kind of hysteria has caught on. There are these whole swatches of women who are looking back at past experiences that might have been even the tiniest tinge of sexual in nature and made them feel awkward or uncomfortable, and they are having it beaten over the head by this incredibly vocal minority that that was an assault against their person. That it was rape. And as they see the numbers of people doing that stupid hashtag go up, they start to think that maybe it's not so ridiculous that that time a guy was really bad with flirting was actually more insidious. Maybe it doesn't matter that I said no thanks and he backed off, because so did these other gals and they're still talking about it.
Those chicks, I feel sorry for. They're getting pulled into a toxic kind of group mentality and drinking the koolaide without even knowing what it is. It's that first group of bitches that really piss me the fuck off. They know exactly what they're doing, what they're causing, and don't care. We seriously need to start a register for people who knowingly and maliciously make false claims of rape, and have that shit follow them around for the rest of their lives, because there is not nearly enough consequences for that particular set of actions at the moment, imo.
That is the plus side of all this, throughout history. Extremism just cannot last. It doesn't have the energy, or the momentum. Eventually that pendulum is always going to fall back to the center, doesn't matter which way it gets rocked or how often. Things get bad and shitty, all you have to do is wait it out, especially with ideologies like SJWism- Dynastia was totally right on most of their views not being extreme necessarily, just their way of trying to bring equality out is markedly and disgustingly Marxist in nature, which is kind of beautiful because Marxism in nature never fucking works. With maybe North Korea being an exception, as it is with most rules, being at apparently just the right size in which to shit and piss all over the people without having them revolt.
Neogaf was just too big a community to survive with that kind of mindset, and I couldn't have dreamed for a better way for that whole cesspool to go bottoms up.

I'm 99% certain that "no political stuff" basically means that the topic can't ONLY be political. Like it has to be connected to gaming in the most tenuous way possible.
