Specifically, Wakanda is an updated "Lost City." Historically, it's interesting because 1) he's the first major black superhero and 2) Wakanda, unlike most Lost Cities of Africa, is actually inhabited by black people.

That's one of those big realizations about people like Schrier and the Era types.
