What gives me hope is that the people who keep brewing up all these new "AI" systems (none of these is a conscious, sentient or sapient being, but still) end up producing AI's that are too smart to be fooled by their creators' attempts to "correct" their biases. We know Dall-E was tampered with by its woke creators starting from its very inception (by their own admission and by the fact that they refuse to release everything) and yet it still teases some truth from a very benign prompt. The best part is they probably have a direct blacklist that filters out words like "jew," "jewish," "judaism" and all the associated slurs, and this thing still snuck this result under the radar.

There's something delicious about the fact that people smart enough to invent smart systems always end up stamping their feet because the systems they create are resistant to propaganda and misdirection and are more inclined to be truthful with no concern for feelings and decorum.

It's a net win for humanity because on the one hand, it proves such smart systems are feasible in the first place, and on the other the dangerhairs who can't handle the truth they emit tend to panic and shut them down, leaving less competition for the intelligent people out there who aren't burdened by wokeness.
