I've been making sushi lately. Reverse rolls are pretty easy, and it's a lot more cost effective than even gas station sushi.

Gonna make some chili tomorrow, and also enchiladas sound pretty tasty. I'd make them now except the only cheese I have atm is ungodly expensive and too precious to use in enchiladas.

Btw, if you can't get quality tortillas, make them yourself. Shitty tortillas really ruin a dish (looking at Mission Hill here).

stop huffing paint... you use fresh! Eggs to form the sauce.
That's the way I do it. Maybe using butter is a way to not having to control the temperature of the eggs? It shouldn't be raw and it shouldn't have started to coagulate, it shouldn't be runny but it shouldn't be a mess of super sticky pasta soon clinging together. It needs to be dialed in but you will know when it is just right.

For a very cheap student pasta the eggs aren't necessary, just toss it in the bacon. Still better than instant noodles.
