Old lenses don't go down in price because they're already obsolete. Don't be surprised if you can resell it down the road for the same price (or more since they get more use on mirrorless now). I'm a vintage lense enjoyer myself, what'd you cop?Old lenses

I've also got a 100-500mm vivitar series 1 lens but am having a hard time finding good subjects to take pictures of with it. Its amazing on apsc but my towns not super scenic.Nice. Here's a similar pic I took with a Helios 44-2 (doesn't focus nearly as close). Interesting how the shadows have a similar tone I don't think I get with modern glass.
