Honest question here: how public is Narco nowadays, really? When he played in that Smash tournament recently, was there anyone else in the Internet but (a couple of) us watching? And let's be honest, this is (currently) a second-rate thread on a website that isn't anywhere near to the Alexa top 100 most visited worldwide.
Narco is absolutely not a public figure, his days of fame are 5 years behind us but he still believes the entire world's eyes are on him. That is literally a sign of clinical, pathological narcissism at this point. Narcissa indeed!
