People like Cosmo don't view their aspired status of a woman as having anything to do with the practical implications of femininity and its basis in cultural reality, it's based on their fantasy experience of idealised femininity - mostly fueled by genre entertainment and pornography. They view it as an 'aesthetic' and like fashion will crib everything from a particular source. For people who agonise for years about their transition, many have an amazingly superficial understanding of women and have spent almost no time thinking about it beyond erotic fantasy or mindless consumption of inspirational media.

I'm not sure how well his speedrun autism is going to translate into being able to solve all the coding issues that he's gonna come across in a project like this, but he's previously displayed a bit of talent for drawing at least.

Even if this ends up becoming fucking nothing, it sure beats wasting his days away trying to become a superstar in a reflex based game when you're already past your prime in gaming. It's good to have more realistic long term goals that exercise creativity.

This hypothetical game could very well turn out to be a real lulzmine too if it reaches a phase where people can at least connect to it and chat. It's going to become a virtual 3D version of Cosmo's discord fort circlejerk, whales will pay him thousands to have themselves their very own customized boipucci avatars in the game. And there's also the chance of this game getting some hilarious coverage from SJWLGBTQQ journos too.
