It could be from high levels of micro nutrients, especially selenium, from eating the equivalent of 20 multivitamins a day in the form of soyshakes. If it is caused by DHT it would be because DHT is created by a hormone called 5-alpha reductase and if he isn't taking dutastride or similar 5AR blockers he's turning whatever test, which is probably more than you'd think since most trannies have insanely high t compared to women, he has into DHT.

That guy is a long-time fan of speedrunning and was a regular in Cosmo's chat back when he was Cosmo. I also see him in ZFG's chat occasionally. I don't know anything about him but even so I'm mildly surprised he still associates with Narcissa in any fashion if only because Narcissa has repelled anyone with any relative level of success.
