The funny, yet tragic part about that? I honestly think that even if he were an actual woman (and wasn't a sun-deprived neet), he'd still be disappointed when it comes to relationships precisely because of those sorts of unrealistic fantasies.

Obviously, his idea of love is bizarre and totally unrealistic whether he’s male or female. He wants a sexy mommy to take care of him.
 
Obviously one his big issues is drugs. Lately, I've been wondering if his psychotic episodes are caused by not being able to regulate his emotions while high, or if it's a result of his feeble mind not being able to handle withdrawal between dark web deliveries (seeing as how buying dope in person would probably go very poorly).

What Cosmo wants is to be an eternal child, not a woman. Since they can’t be a transchild they think being a woman is the next best thing. None of their fantasies have any basis in actual reality so they are constantly bitter, confused and frustrated.

He isn't just on drugs, he's on shitty drugs, he's on really uncool drugs, and he should kill himself just for having absolutely horrible taste in games, drugs, and everything else that reflects on his worthiness to exist.
