Romscout and sinister1 are very prominent people in the speedrunning community. Romscout is an accomplished runner of virtually every single Castlevania game and sinister1 has been heavily involved with Punch Out for many years. Both of them segued from administrative roles within Speed Demos Archive into event staff for Games Done Quick. Both of them are also employees of Twitch now, romscout supervises charity events and sinister1 is a community program manager for the company.
Basically they had the same hobby as Narcissa, speedrunning, and turned that into a very lucrative career for themselves, something that Narcissa had the option to do but pissed it all away. Naturally she hates these two because she is spiteful and jealous that they accomplished what she was too lazy and batshit crazy to do herself.
Really gives you some additional insight into the pettiness.

As dark as it sounds, Cosmo is in the perfect position to be controlled and manipulated by some truly sick people with money. If all you want to do is stay in a dark room and are willing to humiliate yourself on camera publicly and will kill yourself before getting a job, you can just imagine some twisted sugar daddy showing up and paying his way as long as he gets Cosmo to act out some weird shit for him and his buddies. He's right on the brink too, and it seems like trannies often end up with weird perverted dudes in some form or another anyway.

The only reason he keeps doing this is because he needs something to complain about to be the victim. If Twitch bans him, they're being cruel, unfair, and transphobic and it isn't his fault. If he gets unbanned, he tries his best to get banned again so he can go back to being the victim. When people offer advice to improve his life, he ignores it so he can keep pulling out the victim card as to why his life his falling apart. Any new followers he gets, he immediately bans and treats like trash because his victim narrative involves having a dwindling viewerbase. Somehow he's even begun to interpret people trying to encourage him or help him as abuse, now.
He wants to fail because nothing is his fault in his eyes, it's because of his viewers, or Twitch, or Youtube, or Reddit, or Twitter (even though they're the ones enabling his incessant whining), and so he doesn't feel responsible for his life going downhill. Success leads to having to take responsibility to please your viewers, and that's just too much work for somebody who sits around all day watching anime and playing video games while they just piddle money away.

Quite honestly, I think it's more of his desperate attempt at getting some attention (although I assume it's something he himself isn't fully aware off). He is obviously very depressed and can't deal with the fact, that he is but a shadow of his former self. He also seems to exhibits some self hatred - one theory I have, is that it's because of his ex-girlfriend that, being SJW, implanted in him a deep hatred of being a white male. His diet and hormones certainly don't help the case and only further destabilise his already highly unstable situation.
I genuinely feel bad for him (probably an odd thing to say here) and have a feeling, if someone doesn't forcefully help him, any day now, we'll hear about him putting end to it.

He's a full shut in now with only the internet to talk to, he dont take any advice because he thinks hes smarter than everyone else, the only way to help him is to give him more money, demanding it and when money comes in, not even a thank you, hes so far removed from reality right now and living in his own trans bubble with other trans talking about their girl pills on his discord, what he needed was a kick up the ass when he was a kid, its just raw entitlement, hes an only child that was given everything and goes total meltdown when he dont get his own way, theres no helping him unless his family knock sense into him, his discord friends arent friends at all, just orbiters that love the fact that hes trans, he has nobody right now and i dont think he even knows how to properly socialise anymore.

All true, aside "the only way to help him is to give him more money". It might help him stay afloat a bit longer, but with people constantly giving him money for pure existing and playing games (as oppose to actually entertaining people like he used to do as Cosmo), he won't ever sort his life out.

Giving unwilling to rehabilitate mentally-ill people enough to live on definitely won't make them better, it will perpetuate their situation and for some escalate it. The donors largely don't care whether doing this destroys Cosmo, they just want their rainbow asspats without having to tolerate him on a personal level. It's like fatties with weight loss surgery - unless you can get them to change their diet, they'll just get fat again and nothing will change.

Does it crack anybody else up that "extended non-interactive content" is something Twitch groups with nudity and drug use as unacceptable on their platform? I for one welcome our corporate overlords, at least when it comes to banning Cosmo from Twitch.
