Not exactly. /lgbt/ doesn't have a /tttt/ general. There are a few different troon generals which are almost always active. The board itself is frequently called /tttt/ rather than /lgbt/ because of the overabundance of trannies. imo it is far from the worst board on the site and in terms of tranny hangouts online you could do a lot worse. I find stuff to make me laugh and there's a lot more self-awareness than you see elsewhere. Not that there aren't tons of exceptions to that trend.

I did find that odd. The stream wasn't up/public for long, apparently. I didn't see any of it. There were other screenshots posted. The gun stuff could have been trolling but there were definitely multiple anons posting about it. In any case, another short-lived and deranged stream by Narco. If the gun stuff was real we'll probably hear more.

The best part about this over dramatic faggotry is that it's an airsoft gun in that video.

I've shot probably 30k rounds out of AKs over the years. I own 4. An AK bolt carrier sounds much different than the video when it's racked. It is a large carrier that slams home with authority. The other telltale of it being an airsoft rifle is how far back it gets racked. You can typically rack just behind the ejection port of the dust cover of airsoft AKs.
