At this point the only cure I see to Cosmo's situation is for one of his friends to get him to enter some kind of mental hospital for an extended period of time. Which they'll probably end up doing at some point once he becomes homeless.

Fair points. Therapy isn’t cure-all but it might’ve help him find healthier constructive coping mechanisms (before this Narcissa mess) than crying, whining, and e-begging.
